JeetoAll Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Policies

1. Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a JeetoAll account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeetoAll does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must not currently hold another JeetoAll account, whether active, suspended or previously closed.
• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — must be accurate, current and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password. JeetoAll is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

JeetoAll reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the registration process or subsequently during the operation of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one JeetoAll account. If you are found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or linked payment methods — JeetoAll reserves the right to close all associated accounts. Any balances, pending withdrawals or active bonuses across those accounts may be forfeited at JeetoAll's discretion.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your username or password with anyone else. JeetoAll staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so that your account can be temporarily secured while the matter is investigated.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment information or personal circumstances change in a way that affects your eligibility or account status, you are required to update your account details promptly. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Currency

All JeetoAll accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to switch account currency. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wagering requirements and displayed balances are shown in PKR.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

JeetoAll accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit across all methods is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. JeetoAll does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges separately.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the banking section of your account dashboard at the time of request.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified to JeetoAll's satisfaction. This is a one-time process for most accounts, though additional verification may be requested for high-value withdrawals or if your account activity raises a flag under standard security monitoring procedures.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and any winnings generated from it may be removed from your account prior to processing the withdrawal of your cash balance.
• JeetoAll reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if the account activity appears inconsistent with normal play patterns.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by JeetoAll are subject to individual terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These general terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific rules. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet bonus balance expires.

4.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all toward a specific bonus's wagering requirement. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on each promotion's individual terms page.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

JeetoAll operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting system errors or loopholes, and using automated tools to place bets. Where bonus abuse is identified, JeetoAll reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and suspend or close the account involved.

4.5 PSL & Cricket Promotions

During Pakistan Super League season and major international cricket events, JeetoAll runs event-specific promotions including enhanced odds, free bet offers and cashback deals tied to match outcomes. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own terms. VIP members receive early access to cricket event promotions before they are made available to the general player base.

5. Gameplay & Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Game Availability

JeetoAll's game library — including slots, live casino tables and sports betting markets — is subject to change without notice. Games may be added, removed or temporarily suspended for maintenance, software updates or provider-related reasons. JeetoAll is not liable for any loss of expected gameplay resulting from the unavailability of a specific game or market.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of that sport. In the case of cricket, results follow those declared by the relevant cricket board — whether the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures and T20 tournaments. For PSL matches specifically, PCB's official result is the final reference for settlement purposes.

If an event is abandoned, postponed or declared void before the minimum required play has been completed, bets on that event are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for each sport and market type are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform, accessible from the Sports page.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, JeetoAll reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake placed. Winnings paid out as a result of a technical error remain the property of JeetoAll and may be reclaimed from your account balance if they have already been credited.

5.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may vary by game type, player account tier and active promotional period. JeetoAll reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JeetoAll. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances depending on the severity of the violation:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities or promotional loopholes to generate unauthorised winnings.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to JeetoAll's systems, servers or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JeetoAll staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your account.

7. Privacy & Data

JeetoAll collects, stores and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available separately on the Privacy Policy page. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use includes your name, date of birth, contact details, device information, payment method details and gameplay activity. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with security monitoring requirements, and send you relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

JeetoAll uses SSL encryption across all platform pages and payment processing operations. Payment card details are handled through encrypted channels and are not stored on JeetoAll's own servers. Full payment data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

JeetoAll does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud detection services where necessary for the operation of your account.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Closure by JeetoAll

JeetoAll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach or fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is initiated for other reasons — such as account inactivity or a voluntary closure request — the remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by You

You may request the closure of your JeetoAll account at any time by contacting customer support. If you close your account while bonus wagering requirements are incomplete, those bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve months. JeetoAll may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified via your registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to reactivate your account or request a full balance withdrawal.

9. Responsible Gaming

JeetoAll is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it starts to feel like an obligation, or if you find yourself playing beyond your intended budget or time limits, it is important to use the tools available to you.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated directly from your account settings at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased — not increased — without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a defined period of continuous play within a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period of your choosing — ranging from 24 hours to several weeks — without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the full exclusion period requested.

10. Changes to These Terms

JeetoAll reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically so that you are aware of any changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should request account closure before the updated terms take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights or obligations — may be made without prior notification. In all cases, the version of the Terms and Conditions published on this page at any given time is the version currently in effect.

10.1 Governing Rules

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and JeetoAll with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term will apply only for the duration and scope of that promotion.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
